1. 适用范围与运营方
本政策适用于 BuBu TV iPhone 与 iPad App（以下简称“App”）和 BuBu TV 技术支持网站。本文中的“我们”指 BuBu TV。若你对隐私有疑问，可通过技术支持网站的问题报告表联系我们。
2. App 内处理的信息
App 处理你主动输入、导入或选择的信息，例如播放列表地址或文件、XMLTV 节目单、收藏、隐藏状态、播放历史和 App 设置。这些信息用于导入、播放、节目单显示、保存偏好和本地故障诊断。
3. 存储与网络连接
App 内的播放列表、收藏、历史记录和设置默认保存在你的设备上。BuBu TV 当前不提供账号、云同步、广告 SDK 或行为分析 SDK，也不会将你的完整播放列表、观看历史或完整媒体网址上传到 BuBu TV 服务器。
只有在你主动导入、刷新、播放或下载自己选择的来源时，App 才会连接到相应地址。该媒体服务商可能会依据其自身政策处理你的 IP 地址和网络请求。HTTP 来源不加密，可能被网络中的其他参与者观察或修改。
4. 文件访问
当你明确选择播放列表或节目单文件时，App 才会通过 Apple 提供的文件选择器读取相应项目。App 不请求照片或视频资料库权限，也不会读取你未选择的文件。
5. 删除与保留
你可以在 App 中删除播放来源和播放记录。删除来源会移除其本地频道和节目单数据；卸载 App 通常会删除 App 容器中的数据。部分系统备份行为受你的设备和 Apple 服务设置控制。
6. 技术支持网站表单
如果你主动通过网站提交问题报告或视频转直播申请，我们会处理你填写的姓名、联系邮箱、问题或申请详情，以及你确认的内容授权信息，仅用于回复、排查问题或处理该项服务请求。请不要提交密码、私密播放列表链接或不必要的敏感信息。此类网站表单信息不会用于广告或出售给第三方。
7. 儿童与第三方内容
BuBu TV 不提供、托管或推荐频道、播放列表或节目内容。你应仅导入自己有权访问和使用的内容。App 不面向儿童收集个人信息；第三方媒体来源的可用性、内容和隐私处理由相应提供方负责。

1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to the BuBu TV iPhone and iPad app (the “App”) and the BuBu TV support website. “BuBu TV”, “we”, and “us” refer to BuBu TV. For privacy questions, contact us through the support-site report form.
2. Information handled in the App
The App handles information that you actively enter, import, or choose, such as playlist addresses or files, XMLTV guides, favourites, hidden status, play history, and App settings. This information is used to import and play your media, show guides, preserve preferences, and provide local diagnostics.
3. Storage and network connections
Playlists, favourites, history, and settings are stored on your device by default. BuBu TV currently has no account system, cloud sync, advertising SDK, or behavioural analytics SDK. We do not upload your complete playlists, watch history, or complete media URLs to BuBu TV servers.
The App connects to a source only when you choose to import, refresh, play, or download it. A media provider may process your IP address and network request under its own privacy policy. HTTP sources are not encrypted and may be observed or modified by other parties on the network.
4. Files access
Only when you explicitly choose a playlist or guide file does the App use Apple's Files picker to read that item. The App does not request Photos or video-library permission and does not read files that you have not selected.
5. Retention and deletion
You can delete sources and play history in the App. Deleting a source removes its local channel and guide data; uninstalling the App normally removes data in its container. Some system backup behaviour is controlled by your device and Apple service settings.
6. Support website forms
If you voluntarily send a bug report or a video-to-live request through the website, we handle the name, contact email, issue or request details, and rights confirmation that you submit. We use this only to reply, investigate a problem, or process that service request. Please do not submit passwords, private playlist links, or unnecessary sensitive information. We do not use this information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
7. Children and third-party content
BuBu TV does not provide, host, or recommend channels, playlists, or programme content. Import only content you are entitled to access and use. The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children. Third-party media sources are responsible for their own availability, content, and privacy practices.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as product functionality changes and will revise the date above. For privacy questions, use the BuBu TV support report.
